Sonic Drive-In

"i placed a mobile order and arrived on time to the parking stall the order was brought out 15minutes later. checked our food and we were missing items and the sandwich was made wrong, the crew member brought out a completely new order for us but wanted the whole old order back insinuating we were trying to scam them which made us feel terrible but we took our new order and went home, the order was missing items this time and all smooshed into the bag, genuinely don’t know who is having a bad day but take a 10 and grow up. the phone numbers for sonic are also turned off so i called corporate and was on the phone for 30 minutes just trying to tell them the store number and what happened."

"Come in on 2-4 order two sandwiches one bacon cheeseburger came with no bacon. Another double cheeseburger with no no sauce they gave extra sauce on it. All of the food was maybe warm at best. The sides of tots were soft and soggy. Just wow"

"I was in the drive-through and I noticed one of the workers through the window making drinks and he was running his fingers through his hair and picking his nose. I just drove away because this is very unsanitary and just plain nasty. I worked food for years and sanitation is very important so this is extremely disappointing. Management really needs to better train their employees on hygiene and sanitation."

"The food was disgusting. Picture attached as proof. Service was fast though, and the young lady working was nice. Place doesn’t seem kept up. Multiple service areas were out of order. It didn’t read our card and the lady had to come get it. Order was wrong. We are very disappointed."
