"There was a new guy working there who was nice and personable. I didn't get his name, but he had red hair. It's nice seeing friendly verses rude."

"Seems like there's an issue with my order every time I come to this location. We even stopped coming for a while and it looks like we will stop again. Paid for extras we did not get, called the store and the manager who answered told me to come back and they would remake both my orders they messed up on. She told me her name was Erika, but apparently it wasn't. So when I went this morning to have my reorder done by Erika I was only handed two of the breakfast sandwiches. Not the combo that was originally ordered, or what was told to me. If you can't get the order right and you tell your customer to come back at a later time when they're serving breakfast again, and you'll make it right by supplying the complete order then don't.. looks bad on you. Wendy's is a multiple billion dollar company, if the GM can't provide 2 coffees & fries for an order they messed up on when a customer has had to drive back to this location and was told they would.. then just get your orders right the first time and don't lie to your customers."

"Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches that suppose to have the Swiss cheese sauce on it but had cheddar instead. Called after I noticed it and called to talk to the manager. I was told to bring the sandwiches back. Unfortunately I was unable to do that as I was leaving to go out of town. I asked for a credit and got a rude response back. Definitely be calling corporate when open."

"I went through the drive through last night at around eight pm and I got this dry af chicken that you can literally see the chicken splitting from the breading. When I bit into it, it literally tasted like cardboard. No amount of mayonnaise was gonna fix it. When I get up to the second window to get my food, the first thing I hear is this blonde boy with glasses say to his coworker, "since they're rude to me, I'll just give them extra ice." And the coworker just laughed as he hands me my food and drinks. Didn't say a hello or thank you or nothing. I will not he back at this location."

"Now I see why this place has three stars! Not only was the cashier taking money in the drive-through rude she also laughed in my face when I told him my food was made wrong. And then when I asked them to remake it the correct way that it was ordered the manager gets to my window and says that’s the way it should come. I didn’t even feel like arguing with her but I did tell her I would like my burger the way it was ordered and then she says okay we will we make it…. And comes back literally 10 seconds later with the SAME burger!!! And I looked at her and said are you sure this was remade? I think I understand drive-through supposed to be fat but you didn’t even take 30 seconds to make this burger and she’s like I’m sure I had my cook remake it and I said well it doesn’t look like it was remade and on top of that it wasn’t even hot it was room temperature so she tried to sit there and lie to me that this burger was remade but she couldn’t even tell me what was on it! So the burger went opened from me, back to the cashier who was also handling money, to the manager and then back to me in the pick up window! Honestly go eat somewhere else or avoid Wendy’s in general!!"
