American Airlines

"Allowed me to carry on my bag on my first two flights then at this airport they forced me to check it, gave me NO information and didn’t put the bag under my account so that it’s untraceable, and lied and said my bag would go to its final destination and instead they lost my bag. I wasted 3 hours waiting for a bag that never arrived because their customer service is awful and all of their staff are unhelpful or lying. Would never fly with American at this airport again."

"American airlines is a fantastic economic airline. But always expect lots of delays and cancellations. They have good connecting flights to all parts of the world. Considering timings and scheduling are always on it in something out of schedule. Amenities and experience wise it's normal and worth for money. Try some cookies and have some nice traveling with sleep."

"Multiple flights got canceled and we couldn’t get a flight out for another week after an American Airlines worker told us that flight would NOT get canceled. We had to drive 12 hours back. DO NOT fly with these degenerates"

"Friendly staff, and they welcomed aboard my violin, Gretchen! Lol, but a full flight, and i had space for my legs and feet in the economy. I really liked the app as well. It made for a smooth airport and boarding experience."

"Will never fly American again. We were 1 min late to the flight (still 10 min prior to departure time listed on the boarding pass) and they refused to let us on. We proceeded to watch the plane sit at our gate for an additional 15 minutes, and it was clear the staff member didn’t even try to get us on the plane. He clearly just took pleasure out of ruining our night. We have had a late connection with southwest in the past and they actually waited for us. Don’t expect the same hospitality from American."
