Wendy's

"So the Last time I visited was the drive-through, they made an error on my order. As soon as I got home I called about it and they were nice to say that they would re-make my order when I came back. A couple of days later I did come back and i had no problem redoing my order which was the number 7 combo. I am please to say they got it right this time and the manager Cathy was very nice. It's so nice there are establishments who fix the mistakes they had made appropriately without giving the customer trouble or argue with them."

"Hours say they close at 12 Pulled up and waiting 7 min for someone to assist us. Chick claimed they closed at 11 and was quite rude about it. Just cause you hate your job doesn't mean you need to take it out on others. You are being paid to be there so do the job. Simple as that."

"Go to the one further down academy or any other Wendy's if you're really craving it It's a wendys, so at least I expected the right order to be in my bag before driving away but that wasn't true. My drive home was 5 minutes - enough to keep any food warm - and this food was COLD. Fries were nasty, and burgers weren't good, and was missing 2 parts of my order."

"I'm writing this when compared to the average Wendy's, not in general, as Wendy's is far too large a chain to do anything otherwise. The food was delivered promptly and was made correctly. In fact, the fries were the best I've gotten from a Wendy's in months if not years. Employees were courteous albeit a bit slow. The only reason this place lost a star was the floors and tables were not cleaned and the baby seat had all kinds of food and stains that could easily be washed off but had clearly not been in a while."

"This is my local wendys by my house. I've come here countless times. I'm leaving a review after a few visits, and on this one, I ran into the same problem I'd say about every 3rd visit. We order extra lettuce always and rarely get it. It just sucks getting home and looking at a small limp lettuce piece. It's not the biggest deal, tho I understand. I've worked at wendys for over 7 years back in the day. The reason for the 4 stars is the continued number of times our order is not right or missing something. Customer service is good, not excellent, but that's no biggie for me. No pun intended. The store was clean, and so were the restrooms, I'm still very pleased with the overall experience, and the food is great too, Just be cautious of the baked potatoes they are usually old, like today's order. If the g.m is reading this or anybody that's in charge, in my opinion you've got a clean store, fast service and friendly staff, I'd concentrate on order accuracy."
