"The atmosphere of The Hot Pot (the misconstrued S is steam) greets this Vietnamese Pho restaurant (Google, please add this option) with a modern rustic ambiance. The staff creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and maintains a display that immerses you within appropriate seasonal themes. The service was extremely expeditious, and I was served within a matter of minutes. When the Pho was presented, the vegetables had a fresh appearance, and the mint provided a euphoric memory of walking through a mint patch as a kid. The Pho broth provided an elegent blast of positive spices (not hot) without adding additional vegetables or spices. The beef slices had a succulent tenderness that felt as if they melted away. The mint leaves provided an eccentric accent that further enticed my tastebuds. Every bite taken provided me with the same excitement and joy from the first time I was introduced to the dish."

"Food was really delicious, ordered the pork/vegetables stir fry over rice noodles and crab cheese wonton, they added scallions to the wonton which I haven't had before and it made them even better. They also had the super bowl playing on their 9 TV array which was cool to watch while I ate. Overall great place and the hospitality of the staff was superb. One of the better dinners I've had in Colorado springs."
