"The service is hideous. The staff refuses to split my sandwich every time I come here. I don't ask much for my sandwich to be cut in half but apparently the staff could care less about it. This is the last time going to this place after the same treatment over and over. I could go on but it's a waste of time to hope for this location to pick up its game."

"Don't go here. ANOTHER bad day at the drive through. Staff and owner don't seem to care when issues are brought to their attention. I'll probably get a response to the review though. Slow service, they do ask for phone numbers now for rewards, a change from the past... Today, drive through. Got a sandwich. I received a promotion by email that said sandwiches were cheaper for the next 24 hours...nope...same price for a low quality sandwich. Sooo...not going here again for another year. Hope things change for the better. I'm good going to the Jimmy John's on Garden of the Gods road for now. Better food, better service. Guess I'm the Turkey Tom for ordering from here again. When will I ever learn."

"Angelo!!! Angelo was so amazing to me and my friend tonight. We absolutely wanted Jimmy John's, and we rolled up at 8:39 pm, we wanted two turkey toms, but the bread was still in the oven and had 20 minutes left. He offered smaller equivalents of the same sandwich to make up for it and I asked if we could wait until the bread is done in the oven. He said "absolutely" and made it happen. Please watch this man!!! He would be an amazing manager if he is not already. Recognize him!! It was the best service I have EVER received at Jimmy John's. And it was made freaky fast."
