"Very very rude shift leader or manager at 10:10 Am on Monday 03/25/2024- would ignore customers until suited her and then would act normal. Very low standards, hope this place fixes that. Will not have my family or my child eat here with her service no sir"

"We were craving fast food after a long drive home from Denver. Our order was 80% correct. Staff was goofing around and being silly, but efficient, which I would rather have than grumpy and lazy. Our number was displayed clearly on our table, yet the staff member delivering the food to our table completely disregarded it and asked if we were a different number. Shortly after, we received our order. After asking for water, we brought huge cups of water with ice and a straw and an enthusiastic smile. Nuggets were hot, crisp and yummy. Filet-o-fish was very good but lacked enough tartar sauce. Burger was cool/warm with no ketchup or mustard. The layers of ice in the parking lot and the sidewalk made the walk from the car very difficult. Fast food=comfort food. We'd rate this experience a B. But really, do we expect these kids working here to give a rip at all? No. They were happy and having fun, so the shortcomings didn't really matter."

"Closed earlier than advertised on Christmas Eve was very rude when I came through drive-thru with my order that was already taken online. I'll be sure to call management after holidays to make sure that they know that you guys closed early before you should have. Thank you for leaving a fellow food service worker on an empty stomach on Christmas Eve. Well done"

"Elizabeth was so amazing, I had a hard time with the payment and the app and she stayed beside me until I could fix everything. Amazing place that treats customers as their own family. I will be eating here more because of her and her staff!!!! Thank you for an amazing lunch!!! Edit: came in today to another great meal from Wendy and the crew. Had a chance to try the new sauces!!! Both amazing but that mombo omg!!!!"
