Whataburger

"I gave this restaurant 3 tries. All 3 times my orders were completely wrong. The second time I came in, they even messed up on the reorder... Today, on the 3rd order my receipt clearly said lettuce only on my chicken sandwiches. They had pickles and tomatoes only... The ***hole in the back just took the pickles and tomato off, added lettuce, and gave them back to me. So I get home and my sandwiches taste like pickles. Honestly, the employees here are complete morons and also do NOT care about customer service. Even after stressing the point of our hatred for pickles, they thought it would be funny to just take them off. I will not be back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go here. Hopefully the owner reads this if he even cares..."

"Greatly disappointed with this location. Y'all need to make a trip to Texas and see how real Whataburgers operate. Sat in the outer drive thru lane and listened to the main drive thru line take 4 orders before ever speaking through the outside line. By the time I was handed my food it was already cold. Not to mention in a sad state of affairs. Food was slid all over in the container and the fries were cold and didn't come with the extra ketchup I asked for. Just all around a waste of money"

"No paper towels in the bathroom, had to have wet hands after washing, no napkins in the store, had to wash hands during meal multiple times and re-wet them, no straws in the restaurant either and I ordered a shake. Also the food tasted like I could have made it out of materials you could buy at Walmart, and I'd make it better. Also, my friends' fries were super cold. "The truck didn't come." Going from truck to truck with the store supplies is an irresponsible practice. Gotta work on some things"

"We were very excited to give a second try to Whataburger in a new location, but we found ourselves disappointed again. We waited at least 40 minutes in line in the drive thru, the left lane goes a little faster so stick to that one! Sauces are 70cents each and it's not advertised in the menu. Out of everything we got, the patty melt was the only delicious thing. The spicy chicken sandwich was spicy but so very dry..the fries were cold and stale. We will probably give it another chance, maybe go inside next time."
