"Ordered two california crunch wraps and got just egg and bacon (no guacamole). Would have just ordered the bacon and egg crunchwrap if that is what I wanted and it would have cost less. Requested follow up on the order in the app to get the extra I paid refunded and have not gotten a response. Also the hash brown was cold and over fried."

"I had a bad experience here a little over a month ago. Since my review of that experience, I debated if I would go back. Their night manager, Christopher, has come back and things have improved dramatically. I gave a gracious 2-star rating around December but am glad to give 5 stars now. I have been back once a week for the past four weeks and I have been happy to see the quick changes that have been made."

"I ordered ahead on the app, got to the drive thru and was told to go around and park at the front doors. Waited 20 minutes with nobody in line in front of me, and finally had to go in to retrieve my food where it was sitting on the counter. Not sure what the purpose of a drive thru is at this location if they make you come in to get it after going through the drive thru. Looked in the bag and they got two items wrong (no meat/sub black beans) I went inside and asked for the correct items and was told they had five orders going and I would have to wait. I waited 15 more minutes. I will never go back to this location. Terrible service."
