"I’ve been to the one on the other side of the springs and they’re both amazing. The hummus must be homemade because it is so good! I order the gyro every time with the hummus platter — never misses. This time I also ordered their sage tea (so good) and baklava (fell in love). A MUST go to spot if you’re in the springs."

"We visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday evening for dinner. The food was extremely delicious and service was amazing in spite of full house. The owner was very kind enough to check on us and made sure if the food is tasting good. We loved the hot sage tea and homemade Baklava dessert too. I have been to many Mediterranean restaurants in Colorado before, but this one is so far the best tasting food. Because of the great service and delicious food, we went for lunch again today. Food tasted amazing again! Thank you for the great services. I will definitely visit her often."

"Probably been here a good handful of times in the entire six months that I have been here in Colorado and every single time this place is spectacular! Been to the secondary location down near Fort Carson but the customer service here outweighs their other locations tenfold. Every time I come here I get the ultimate plate and I always have leftovers because of how large the portions are! And the price is unbeatable! Even when my wife and I decide to splurge a little bit it’s still under $40. The owner is a great guy too and he is always helping out his workers. Having spent a year in Israel, the food here is the most authentic I have ever tasted and I always have no problem coming back time and time again. And don’t even get me started on how delicious the baklava is. Every time I am eating here it is beyond satisfaction."

"Such amazing food we went at “Paraguayan time” so we ate later and it was so nice the atmosphere the employees very Kind and in a good mood we spoke with them after we ate and wow the food was so delicious the flavour the taste the colour the aroma! "They were amazing!!! Got there later than we wanted too and they were closing in less than an hour. Not only did they greet us kindly but did not rush us at all. Even after they had closed and we were finishing up they offered us desserts. Our girl loved it so much she just had to take her brother there the next day so he could try it. We also loved that they offered the hummus bowl for the kids."
