"Karrie and her team know how to make one heck of a sandwich! I had the Pastrami on marbled rye and it was the best I've ever had. Karrie was extremely kind and even gave me a bottle of mustard on the house! I have a picky eater and the turkey, provolone, and whole grain made their day. They have a lot of gluten-free breads and desserts and a huge menu to choose from. The mustard selection is incredible. The mustard ice cream is delicious. This is the best sandwich shop in the Springs! The outdoor patio has incredible views and is a great place to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. I will be coming back soon!"
"My mom & I had lunch here & it was just fantastic! Lil ol place & super cute. Clue themed bathroom & just all kinds of fun. The mustard ice cream with a pretzel is definitely worth a try! And the ladies there today were tops! Absolutely going back."
"Very good no frills deli and the food is exactly as described in quality. The variety of sandwiches is great and inspires you to not have a regular but to try something new each time. Personally had the quartermaster hot dog but added deli mustard. Incredible. It was sloppy and hot and cheesy and everything a massive hot dog should be. My only comment about the restaurant would be that the price is a bit higher than expected but the quality well than makes up for it . I would urge you to skip the combo with chips and drink and invest those calories in their dessert."
"The food, atmosphere and service was nothing short of phenomenal. The owner, Karrie, took the time to come visit with us at our table and offer a free sample of the Mustard Ice Cream. I know, I get it…I was skeptical at first too. However, it was amazing. So good in fact that we took a chance, bought 2 pints, packed it on ice and hauled it 9 hrs (591 miles) home to share with our kids. I highly recommend the Ginger Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich. The Chicken Poblano Chowder was very delicious as well. To round out the explosion of flavors was a crisp / crunchy dill pickle spear. We finished off our lunch with a slice of blueberry cheesecake and several cookies for the road trip home. My only complaint is that we don’t have a Colonel Mustard Sandwich Emporium here in KC and we only visit The Springs every couple of years."
"One of the best sandwhich shops I've been too. They really live up to the name of " colonel mustards" Great little shop would eat here again"
