Which Wich Superior Sandwiches 5102 North Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80918

"Only 1 person working, yet they are open with only this 1 person doing everything and continue to allow customers inside. This place should have closed as they don't have enough people working to keep up, but continue to allow customers to walk in and wait over an hour for a sandwich. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired. We will not be coming back and while I've been waiting here outside for over an hour it appears no one else that has gone in will ever come back either. Just close the doors if employees don't show up to work."

"1st Time I visited was the summer of '22. My husband told my son and I for lunch. Both my son and I got Phlly cheese steak sandwich, same everything & two fries. My husband got the Ruben. There was only two on staff so I assume they are understaffed but when we placed our order my son then my husband got his sandwich. 3 walkins & four mobile orders; and my sandwich still wasn't ready. I had to go up and ask. 3 more other sandwiches for other customers were called up before mine finally came out but my family had finished theirs by the time I started on mine. Then realized, what about our fries? I had to go up and ask for it. 2nd time was 1/1/2024, lunch. We invited some friends so there are 5 including me. We place our orders; my son and I ask for the chicken parm and two fries. Two people on staff (maybe short staffed?) But we are just beating the start of rush hour. Only two customers and they were already eatting. We place our order; everyone in our party got their sandwich, then two walkins and four mobile orders. Again, just as everyone finished, finally my name was called. Annoyed I got to eat my sandwich when I noticed, no fries. I had to send my husband up there to ask for it and he was surprised we ordered it (was on the receipt). He comes to give us only one then asked was sauce we wanted with them. I stated "We ordered two fries. One with ketchup and one with ranch". He quickly fixed it and gave us a 2nd one with the sauces. Now on to the chicken parm sandwich. Meat was cold, cheese barely melted but the bread toasted? Sauce was cold. Very disappointed. I don't think I will come to Which Wich again, so disappointed in two visits. Also the sandwiches are so over priced."

"I came a few years back since I’m a sucker for a good sammy. (Pictured is from my first outing before I started my reviews) It was just as good as I remembered it. I filled my order, they took it, they made the requested sammy and passed off to me so I’m giving 5 star service, The place was clean. Try the spicy mayo, thank me later. No pictures, I was a fat kid."

"One sad, lonely piece of gyro meat on a $15 large sandwich, in addition to skipping half of the toppings I asked for. This is just utterly disrespectful, and you guys should be embarrassed."

"Very plain, not friendly employees and service was slow. Probably too young for the environment. Philly was pretty bad, just chopped beef with cheese and a bell pepper slice thrown on top. Worse than subway. Employees need to focus more attention to quality of what they make. Not coming back unless fallout happens and I'm dying."
