"Mostly writing this to let people know that this location was closed earlier today and everyday since Saturday despite appearing open on Google. There was a sign that they are closed due to roof repairs but no details on when they’ll be open again. It sucks because I drive there only to find out they are still closed when I get there. I’m hoping they’ll update their hours online so I don’t have to go all the way there to find out they are closed. Other than that I’ve always had good experiences at this Jack in the Box."

"$42 for 2 burgers, jalapeno poppers and 3 piece chicken strips. We were told to pull around, even though no one was ahead of us at order, waited 20 minutes total from order to delivery. Also, why ask what flavor dipping sauce we want if you're not going ro put them in the bags? Food was cold after all that time."

"Always fresh, expect to wait, it's not “fast food” but it's always right. Not a lot of restaurants can get the order right, but they nail it every time here. A lot of attention to detail. They even will ask me if I want sauce for my tacos if I forget to order it. As friendly and professional as they can be, considering my name, they do a great job consistently and I eat here a few times a week."

"Huge shout out to the crew of this location (Austin Bluffs and Academy) Ordered through the app for delivery. There was a blizzard today 2.3.24. My Dasher told me they were super understaffed. Yeah, it took a few extra minutes but they made it worthwhile. Both burgers were amazing, tacos were great, and my salad had dressing with it. Hands down, best food I've gotten from a fast food joint in a long time. We appreciate you going to work today in this crazy snow. Also, shout out to my Dasher Randi..."

"This place has been permanently closed since the pandemic! Drive throw only does not count as open. Please put up a giant sign and stop wasting everyone’s time. Tried the drive throw today and no one was in there…. Had to drive to the next location."
