"When I had to ask about a menu discrepancy, I was asked if it was on my receipt. Clearly not understanding nor caring that they are false advertising. This guy named Michael stated that he was the general manager of the place and proudly noted for "3 whole weeks." I feel bad. I feel bad for him. I feel bad for the owner. I feel bad for Popeyes. But most of all, I feel bad for any customer that has to deal with this sort of incompetence. It took me 30 minutes for this premium priced experience. To top it off, I found out after drinking my clear sprite in the dark that the cup was lined with brown and black gunk. My biggest drink fear imagined. I'll go elsewhere in the future."

"This is the WORST Popeyes I've ever been to. Every time there is a problem. Today I went in and ordered some wings and waited almost a half hour before I asked the girl who took my order what was taking so long. She asked what I ordered, then went and got it. They literally had me standing there almost a half hour for one order of wings while they served two people who ordered after me. While I was waiting, three different people came and ended up just leaving because nobody was taking their order. This place is a disaster, I will never go back."

"The guy who took the order seemed happy but that's it. We won't be returning. Each time we eat from here, there are always problems. This time the fries were old and saturated with oil, macaroni and cheese was burnt and bland, rice and bean container was only filled halfway, and the nuggets were miscounted and saturated in old oil as well. Our food was just thrown into the bag and sauce was everywhere. I wasted money on what could have been a much better experience to say the least. Long wait time and 2 hairs in our food to top it all off. The customer service was so poor I don't feel confident that they'd even care to make it right..which would only be a refund at this point. This location is disgusting and disappointing. It's a wonder how they are still in business."

"I wish that I could give less than 1 star because not only did the young man lie to us tonight saying they were closed at 8pm but then took the order behind us and told us to only use the mobile app. We made the mobile order and returned to the drive thru. Over 15 minutes we waited at the window to be greeted. Only after we honked did they shove the food out the window. No even greeting us, just acted as if it bothered them to do their job . In addition we were given incorrect food for one of our meals also the sauces we requested wasn’t given. Nor silverware. When asking the young lady at the drive-through if she was the manager on duty she said yes, but was less helpful than the young man in the beginning. I am disappointed in this facility and will not be returning EVER."
