"My chicken sandwich had so much sauce the meat fell out on the first bite. The fries were so stale they wouldn't be fit to serve a death row inmate. I guess what I'm really trying to say is thank you for helping maintain my weight and your image. Service like this will benefit the world and their waistline."

"This McD was surprisingly efficient and very polite. Usually I dread airport food - especially fast food. The airport was packed with people going home after their ski trips. This location had plenty of staff and a smooth process to get out the orders fast. I only waited 2-3 minutes for a large 5 meal order. Great work team!"

"I waited in a short line to place my order, they had a good system down to fill orders on my most recent visit to this location through DIA. The Staff at this location wasn't friendly, they we're so focused on flow, they didn't acknowledge me, other then a quick what are you ordering today. My food tasted fine and was ready in less then 7 mins."

"Below average McDonald’s experience. The lines were long as expected, but the customer service was unexpectedly terrible. The employee who took our order was rude and unkind. He also spoke so soft that we literally had to have him repeat everything he said. The food was also below average. Fries were cold and hard. The chicken sandwich I had was thin, tough to chew, and dry. The only thing that was as expected was the Diet Coke. Thank heavens for consistency on the Coke front."
