Smashburger

"Most expensive miniature burger ive ever eaten. Bar tender was good and when I laughed at the size he changed it out with an identical sized burger. At that point I'm just going to stick to Coors light and some fries."

"I ordered a single cheese burger, went back to my gate and opened it up. The size of the burger on the bun was comical. So much so that when I showed everyone sitting around me, they all said to take it back. Went back to the restaurant showed one girl who looked very confused. Not sure how to answer me, her coworker came up and acting very frustrated with me just quickly said yes that’s how they’re supposed to look. Which is not true, because I have eaten smash burgers before. This had not been smashed. Maybe it was the full amount of ground beef, but was the most overcooked hockey puck flavored burger I have ever had. So dried out I could hardly eat it unless I was constantly drinking water to get it down. Last time I was in Denver I went and got a kids meal cheeseburger and it was bigger and much better tasting than this one. I will for sure be only going to the shake shack from here on out when I’m in Denver airport."

"I would have given a 5 star but Lori was and is incredibly rude. Obviously, she thinks there’s going to be a rush and asked me to please get up and move everything that I’ve already laid out to accommodate a table that nobody’s even at and there is already several open tables. No need to have done that. And as she did it and asked me to move, she was rude and used a condescending voice and was completely out of line with me. I did have a bloody Mary. It was absolutely delicious and my server himself who came and was in credibly nice with Tyler. He truly saved the day. I hope everybody has safe travels. This one has not started off well thanks to Lori."

"Bit of a long line but the staff were very nice! The sandwich prices all include fries and you can’t get sandwich only, so something to keep in mind. I subbed mine for tater tots at no extra cost! All in all, pretty solid for airport food."

"This is the size of a chicken nugget on a burger for $15. I nearly laughed when it showed up 30 min after it took the server 30 min to take my order. ONE burger took this long. Crazy. Server rolled her eyes at me when I said I didn’t want it and told me she couldn’t take it off.. is this real? A burger from McDonald’s would be bigger and cheaper. Terrible service, long wait, expensive and not apologetic whatsoever. I try to remain pretty low key in restaurants but this was all around bad. Don’t do it!"
