"i go by sam but i have a different legal name and the doctor decided to mention it multiple times and ask me how my name i don’t go by is pronounced and why i don’t go by it anymore. this was the only thing he talked to me about really. and before he left he went “okay *dead name* sam *deadname* or whatever you wanna be called” probably one of the worst interactions i’ve had with a dentist. if you don’t go by the name you were born with do not come here! if your children have a preferred name do not come here!"
"Mason the tech was great! From the beginning he jumped in for one of the other assistants and I am super glad he did. He stopped and got me chapstick while in a rush, was super gentle with my fillings, and even though they were short staffed he still took his time with me. I am usually jumpy around needles and loud noises but Mason was like a calming presence. I transferred here because a previous office no longer took my insurance and at my initial exam Dr. S and his bedside manner was great as well. I actually appreciate that he is quick with his visits, and a wait is and should be expected at doctor's offices (I hold nothing against them). Unlike the other office, Dr. S didn't guilt me or make me feel insecure for getting cavities for the first time since I was a kid (don't miss your checkups lol). Thank you guys!"
"The doctor is nice but that’s about it. I had to do a consultation (which just involved X-rays) first and then schedule another appointment weeks out. Then when I finally got in the doctor came in to scrape a couple teeth & had an assistant floss (super hard, making my gums bleed..the floss wasn’t even fitting behind my permanent retainer it’s so tight and she was trying to jam it through. I told her “ow” after obviously squirming in my chair in pain with a mouth full of blood. She then said “do you not floss behind your retainer?” I said “no..” she said “I can tell..do you not want me to floss behind here?.” Obviously not lady..it’s clearly not working.) She then polished me, leaving stuff all over my face and brought me to the front to check out. They then continued to tell me my insurance card I had previously used was expired. (obviously the new year and I didn’t get my new one yet.) I told them I’d get it to them as soon as I got it and 3 different people continued to harass my husband and I even just 2 hours after my appointment about it. So to sum this up-maybe there’s too many chefs in the kitchen? This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. You don’t have hygienists? My teeth don’t even feel cleaned..! I’m so irritated with the entire situation and could’ve walked out so many times. It’s very clear they’re just in it for the money. My husband and I will no longer be using this business."
"These guys are great! The staff is friendly and and the dentists are great at their jobs. They get you in and out quickly and I'm a big fan of their text or email reminders because I can be forgetful about appointments. I say give them a shot if you haven't yet!"
"I would leave Zero stars if I could. I had to schedule my appointments more than 6 weeks ahead and when I show it the office is not open. I am able to find the dates and times of my actual appointments and they are not dates or times that I had ever been asked or talked to about. This all occurring after I had to reschedule the appointments 3 times on my own, not including the rescheduling they did without contacting me. I would not recommend this business or experience to anyone and I will never make another appointment here."
