"I wasn't quite sure how to rate this office. My first visit was awesome and I was really glad to have found a new dentist in town that I liked and the hygienist was nice as well. I would have rated it 7 stars that first visit. The second time I visited I waited in the lobby after being checked in for an absurd amount of time and then sat in the dental chair for quite some time again before I actually ever saw anyone. In total I waited an hour for a 20 minute cleaning. Once I was seen the hygienist and dentist were not in the best mood. (I think they were flustered because someone didn't show up for work and so they were rushing to catch up) I wouldn't have minded as I understand stuff happens but I would have preferred if the office staff would have just told me what was going on while I was sitting and waiting for the hour. The least they could have done was explain and give me the option to reschedule."

"Great dentist and friendly staff, always friendly and making jokes. No judgement or lectures if you have bad teeth like me. I'm always nervous to go because I've had pretty bad experiences with other dentists, but Dr. Russell and the hygienists/assistants are always laid back and it really helps. Great work, too!"

"InsuraCaid Dental is the best dental clinic I have ever had care with!! I had a really bad run of care with Comfort Dental & Marillac dental clinics, where the Drs refused to pull rotted out teeth. No joke! I suffered for some years from constant toothaches & spread of infection until I found Insuracaid Dental in December 2023. To my surprise, they got me in right away, & every appointment has come quickly. Most of the much dental work needed is already done. I am pain free. & I even have a pretty teeth smile again (thanks to Heather's cavity cosmetic work!). Dr Russel & his team have given excellent, careful, & thorough care. They listened to what I requested & they let me choose. The front desk staff are gracious ladies. The place is spotless clean. This is 1 place with a big heart, no matter that a person has to use goverment insurance. Bless you all kind people!!"

"I left this office in more severe pain than when I showed up. I have a broken tooth in need of extraction and was in what I thought was severe pain and thought I was lucky to have gotten a rather last minute appointment here. I am also terrified of dental work and have high anxiety. But the reviews here seemed good so I convinced myself it was going to be okay. The only staff members that seemed even remotely empathetic or kind were the front desk ladies. Dr. Russell gave me a few shots to numb me then began trying to extract my tooth. He broke one piece of it off, then I felt excruciating pain when he went in for the next piece. When I voiced this, he said he was done and that was all he could do. No attempts to give me more numbing shots or anything to possibly help me get through the rest of the extraction, just a business card for another dentist he recommend and he sent me on my way, into the weekend in more pain than I had arrived in. I spent the remainder of the afternoon spitting out small fragments of my broken tooth, have a jagged sharp edge where he broke a piece off that is cutting into my tongue, and the pain is FAR worse than before. It is nightmarish experiences like this that have made me so terrified to see dentists in the first place. I definitely do not recommend seeing this guy and can’t understand how he possibly has the amount of positive reviews that he does. Be warned, go somewhere else."

"Amazing service, talent, candor and skill. It's not much to look at from the outside and the name is weird AF for a dentist, but I am SO SO SO GLAD that I compared reviews of all the dentists in GJ and chose Insuracaid. You will be too."
