"Quebec Square location: My order is often wrong here. Once in an ok location, unhoused people now harass people waiting at the drive thru, but new security vehicles help some. Currently, I have been waiting for 10 minutes for a response at the speaker, nobody is in line in front of us and the people behind are now leaving . 7:30pm 3/25/24"

"The worst Mcds ever all the employees are rude the manager is extremely rude. This Mcds needs to fire the whole entire staff and hire more professional staff. I was in drive thru yesterday and the employee in intercom didn’t speak to any of the ppl till we said hello twice. Let alone the employee sighed so rudely I had to check her afterwards she didn’t like that and gave attitude no thank nothing then both employees at the window no acknowledgment no thank you nothing I’ve been in fast food for longer than them they need to be grateful that theirs ppl out there that can’t get a job and are begging in the streets ppl are replaceable as well so please do something about this location I only been there twice I never want to come back cuz regardless they all hate their jobs and need to resign"

"My chicken sandwich was unedible. There was way too much pepper. I have gone to 6 different McDonald's lately. This is rated at 0 stars. All the others were 5 stars and did fine."

"I always place my order at the kiosk. This time was not an exception. But the experience was not as good as I used to in other locations. The numbers were completely missing on all the kiosks. I saw a number standing on one of the empty tables, so I used it. Shortly, I heard crazy yelling with my order number, not the table! Again and again, then I came to take my order, and asked them whether they were aware that they had to bring the order to my table, and they said NO. My question to the manger is where are you and what are you doing? It says, take a seat and enjoy, your order will be brought to your table, but I guess not at this location."

"I went through the drive through and it wasn't a long wait at all, which was pretty Rad. The level of consistency that the food has every time I go is pretty impressive and the chick at the drive through keeps telling me to use the app to get a free Caramel Frappé which I'll probably do eventually but it's good to know."
