"Being a small business owner myself, I value in supporting other local small businesses. I understand that the customer service industry can have its challenges, so I remained patient and understanding throughout the process. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with Hiner as they failed to fully fulfill their commitments. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed, to the point where I had to request for the owner/supervisor to visit the site in-person to assess the quality of the workmanship; which ended up resulting in a complete demolition and redo of that area. I wish it didn't have to escalate to that point, this was the first time I've experienced feeling consistently disregarded as a client, considering it was a substantial $100,000 backyard project. As a result, I have decided to hire a different contracting team to finish the remainder of our backyard."
