"Manager (tall young dude) rly made the experience! They had the $1.99 chicken wraps advertised but when we got to the window the worker gave us some completely different item for $6.99 that didn’t even seem to be on the menu. Went back and the manager got us the right item and comped our whole purchase! It’s also really clean and new"

"I got sonic for family. Worst experience. The lad on the mic literally ignored me and was giving a bad service. This place sucks. That’s not the only thing, we were SERVED RAW CHICKEN. This is a health issue. I just can’t with sonic. I furious with this experience. I went back to tell them of the raw chicken, they made my order anew and still got raw chicken."

"Some of the prices on the menu are way off and you get charged a higher amount. I ordered something that was labeled as $5.69 on the menu and they tried to charge me $7.50 for it. This is way more than 8.5% added for tax!!! On the plus side their Sonic blast dessert is really good!"

"I went with the family for Shakes, we sat out on the patio on a Friday night. First of all the shakes were great. The service was fantastic, I was impressed, because my past experience at other Sonics have been horrible. For that reason alone, I have not been to a Sonic for ages, I really hope this new Sonic keeps up the great job they are doing. The young man that served us was friendly, polite and gave us very fast service."

"Every single time we get breakfast there (3 times a week) it’s messed up! EVERY SINGLE TIME, if it’s them adding extra ingredients saying that’s how it’s suppose to be made (which it isn’t) or if you get a $4 burrito and it be the size of a normal jr burrito. I’ve spent so much of my time going back to get orders fixed that even after that you have to go back and get that order fixed again because it’s still wrong. Most recent picture is of my $4 burrito that has almost nothing in it from today. I have always been more then understanding but nothing has changed over the months of them being open and there’s never a GM or anyone outside of a regular member to talk to. Overall we have had to go back after getting home with our food over 10 times between breakfast/dinner items."
