"I ordered two hamburgers (one was a meal and the other only added fries). As the only person in drive-through around 8 p.m., I expected that my order would take time. The drive-through attendant was courteous and let me know the delay (2 minutes) was because my fries were cooking. I got home, and one of my fries was fresh, but the other one and both burgers were obviously not cooked to order and were very disappointing. $21 for a fast food meal in the norm nowadays, but I'd like for my food to be somewhat edible and at least warm."

"We ordered two pineapple Fantas, and when we tasted them, they tasted like juice. After looking at the receipt, the manager had UP CHARGED us for 2 pineapple mango lemonades. I confront him about it, and he goes "Oh I thought you said lemonade. We don't have pineapple Fanta at this location." So he just assumed he heard the more expensive drink to charge me more."

"I haven't had Wendy's in well over a year, but my roommate talked me into it today. We both had the breakfast baconator, no sauce, and the breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were thin planks fried to GBD and seasoned phenomenally. The sandwich was also cooked to perfection. The service was a little slow, but they are hiring, and the lid on my drink wasn't secured all the way. All together this was an all timer Wendy's experience."

"It’s always something at this Wendy’s. Year after year, it’s a stream of substandard employees. I always hope it will get better and keep coming back every couple months to see, but they never seem to get it right. Or at least not for very long. It’s the only Wendy’s around for miles so that seems to save the location but it would be so nice to get a reputation as being good (or even average?). When you go here, be patient and check your order over."

"Today I stopped in this location first time ever. And last time too! I think the manager “lady” ( she wore red shirt and she use glasses , she have a black hair) took my order but she was not nice at all and 0 helpful. Never come back. I working in the restaurant industry too but if you don’t like the job just don’t take it!! Just help the guest when they need it and BE NICE. You get your money from the GUEST and we paying your bills too! HAVE TO BE NICE!!!"
