"Worst Santiago’s of all. All tables dirty. Tiny portions on paper plates. Plastic forks and knives. Over $30 for lunch for two. No wait staff /servers. Stand in line then wait for them to shout out your order then go get it yourself. Anywhere else is better than this place."

"Love this place. All Santiago’s, but this one is one of my favorites. Very friendly service, dishes are big and affordable. I don’t think I ever spend more than $10. I enjoy the Indian Taco or stuffed Sopapilla with a fried egg on top, smothered and a dollop of gringo sauce (sour cream) on the side!!"

"There will be 20 people in line waiting to place an order and the short Gorda behind the counter will take 3 over the phone orders before someone standing at the counter. Then she thinks she's slick speaking Spanish so people think it's an order but it's just someone she knows. Take care of your customers and don't answer the phone when there are people in line. 25 minutes for one breakfast burrito."

"I’ve loved Santiago’s since the 90’s. I got bean burrito’s for dinner tonight and they were so small it seemed like a joke. Come on guys you can do better. Don’t start ripping people off. If you need to increase the price a little that’s better than serving toddler size burritos. I will be back but hope you improve."

"Used to be great. Is awful now. The manager and most employees are rude. Never say thank you. Inside is dirty, they rarely wipe down the tables. I used to love their chili fries. Was a good price then they went up to almost 10 bucks and The last 3 times I have ordered them they came burnt and had hardly any cheese couldn't even eat them they were so bad this time, my husband got a soft taco and it had zero cheese on it. Such a disappointment for the amount of money we paid for six people to eat."
