"We ordered the meat and cheese board as an appetizer, the steak board, and the cookie board/creme brûlée as a dessert. Everything was very good! The meat and cheese came with a made in-house pâté, which I recommend highly. The atmosphere was light and not too noisy, but not much seating! Coming in the middle of the day is a good option if you do not want to wait for a table. In addition to the restaurant, they also sell meat and cheese to go in a market. Note that the market hours are slightly different than the restaurant hours."

"There is no denying that Meat & Cheese is one of the best restaurants in Aspen for locals and out of towners alike. I recommend this place to my real estate clients all the time when they are in town for a weekend. I particularly love the tacos, I think they're the best value for the money on the menu. The charcuterie selections are great as well with rare meats and cheeses, but it's really only a one person appetizer and not a two person meal. All things considered, we come to this place often and 10/10 recommend almost anything on the menu. We are glad that they didn't close this summer and are sticking around for the long haul!"

"A bit pricey - like all of Aspen! But totally totally worth it. The wine selection is stupendous. The CHEESES are to die for and the chicken board is absolutely delicious. Get the chicken and the cheese board no questions asked. You will not regret it."
