Steak 'n Shake 3502 River Point Parkway, Sheridan, CO 80110

"A sad shell of what Steak N Shake should be. This is the only store in the Denver metro area and what should be running like a flagship location is running like a forgotten business that has lost all hope. First of all, the menu has lost all of the selections it had 10 years ago, the parmesan fry seasoning... Gone... The Portobello Swiss burger... Gone... The patty melts... I didn't see them either. The restaurant used to have waiters but that is also gone, which made it a great place to have lunch, but the new in store kiosks for ordering miss what made Steak N Shake a great experience. The interior was beat down with tons of torn up booths and literal holes in the wall that concern me the location isn't up to code. The burger I got since my favorite burger (the portobello Swiss burger) is gone was the western BBQ burger, while it didn't fulfill my craving, it was a very good tasting burger. I can't speak for the milkshakes because I'm lactose intolerant so I just had a coke, the drink station was clean which very important to me so good job there. What made Steak N Shake special was the old school feel of the establishment, and the ordering kiosks destroy the suspension of disbelief and changes the restaurant's vibe for the worst. We never had Steak N Shake in Colorado until about a decade ago, and Steak N Shake was always a special thing for me growing up, because I only ever had it when I saw family out east. I would love to see this place change, and return to greatness but I'm just not sure if they have the money to, or if they even care to because it all feels so apathetic now. I hope someone who cares makes the changes that needs to be made whether it be the owners or the corporate for this company, it would be a real shame to see this location close too."

"Here at River point. I stop in before going next door to verizon. Nobody to be seen. It looks closed. So i go handle my budiness next door. Then come back. Still not a soal in site. So i go to the computer to try and order some food. Look through it a bit and realized that I only have cash. So i love over to what looked like a register. Stood there for a minute. Nobody came to help. The place looked abandoned. Rubbish all over randomly in piles. On the counters. I thought that maybe they had giveaways. Looked closer. Nope just bins of garbage. So i leave. Get to my car. Then decided that this is review worth. So I go back in to snap a picture. I leave. Still bobody to be seen. I get out to my car. Look in the windows. Still nobody. I use to really like this place. I haven't been here an a couple years. Wth."

"Found the longest hair in my burger. The guy making the burgers had his hair in a ponytail. After complaining about it, he made me a new one but didn’t change his hair at all. He was nice about it, but still should be wearing a hairnet. Do not recommend."

"I grew up going to Steak ‘n Shake in Florida. This was a very different experience. As others have said it’s disgusting inside. Trash everywhere old food on the floor and tables. The food wasn’t good and the milkshake tasted so fake. Do not recommend coming to this one in Colorado."

"Very dirty place. Took almost 40 minutes for our food. With one other table in the place. Every table was dirty. Floors were gross drink station was a mess. Horrible will never be back here again. Workers moving in slow motion."
