"I don't know why I keep going here other than my 4 year old begging me, and it's very close to my home! They always get my order wrong, charge me for someone else's order, forget something, or it's not at all my order. I'm to blame for the disappointment every flipping time! I seriously have been overly nice when addressing my problems to management that were no fault of mine and always received attitude or ugliness. I'm treated as if it's my fault I ended up being charged $34 over or onions, ketchup, mustard, and bacon crumbles, and soggy lettuce ended up on a cheeseburger PLAIN! Ugh.."

"Low quality budget colfax fare. Expect an attitude if you want to fill up a water bottle or use a bathroom. They treat most customers like transient riff raff. Lots of language barrier issues to boot."

"Drive-thru was busy but very efficient. Dining area was near empty and service was terrible, hardly saw an employee . It took about 10 minutes to get my 2 filet o fish ... 1 other customer inside and only a couple 2-3 cars in drive thru, not busy at all."

"The food was as good as it can get. The taste of each item made you forget the plastic wrap and cardboard box that this Food came out of. The chefs made sure to cook each item with the right amount of professionalism so that you could not tell that the food was once frozen and reheated. It was like they made it right then and there, instead of weeks or months ago. I'm pretty sure the lobby was as clean and welcoming as the drive thru was. The kids had fun with the call box guessing where the speaker taking our order was from. With a loud overwhelming welcoming screech greeting us, it seemed as a foreigner from another country or planet was taking our order. But after pulling forward to the drive thru window. It was to our surprise that it was just another regular white person taking orders instead of the alien that we thought would be. We were all wrong about the service we expected on that visit. Phenomenal service that was almost out of this world."

"Absolutely inedible food. Patty was rock hard, no chance it’s less than 4-5 hours old. Bun was stale? And cold? No idea how this burger is ice cold when every single surface it touches is HEATED from the second it leaves the freezer. This tells me this was just sitting out nowhere temp controlled. My stomach is churning as I type this. I know for a fact that single bite is going to make me vomit very soon."
