"We fell in love with HashTAG when we lived on the north side of town and were so excited when the Highlands Ranch location opened up. It does not disappoint! Big, beautiful plates with high quality ingredients served by friendly, cheerful staff. The restaurant itself is also bright and clean. Will be back with friends!"

"I went for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was busy, but we were still taken right to a table. Our waiter was excellent and the manager walked by and said hi, asked about our food. I tried their new meatloaf dish - it was amazing. Meatloaf with mushroom gravy over rice, with two eggs and kimchi on top. I don't ever order meatloaf, but I'm glad I did today. My wife got chilaquiles, which I tried, and every bit of it was great. The pork was tender and moist, the chips were flavorful (most places have boring chips) and the sauce was just right, not overpowering on the dish. Definitely will be going back, and we're probably bringing the in-laws in two weeks!"

"Best brunch and soft opening restaurant I have been to in Colorado by far. The smoked salmon benedict, pork hash, and large fresh squeezed orange was very tasty, flavorful, & juicy. The restaurant is very nice inside and outside with comfortable seats. Cady the manager is super friendly and welcoming us the moment you walk in. I highly recommend coming to #Hashtag Brunch for a great morning meal to get your day started."
