"Have like 2 sandwiches on the menu. Can I get a Ham and Swiss? Nope not at Panera. What exactly is the draw to this place ? Used to be good ….Ill go to Jersey Mikes from now on."

"Food tasted fine but $9.89 for this tiny Mac and cheese and $8.69 for this small smoothie?! Seriously?"

"Came here on what might not have been their best day. First, it took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge us. There were self-checkout kiosks, but a) I don’t like to use those if I can avoid them and b) I had questions about the ingredients of one of the salads, and thus needed human help. We ordered, and our food arrived promptly; however, the baguettes and bread bowl were tiny and rock hard. I asked the manager if they had changed the size of their items, and he informed us the proofer was broken and that was the reason for the small, low quality items. Fine, but would’ve been nice to know going into things. My daughter and I both got broccoli cheddar soup; her a bread bowl and me a You Pick Two with the Fuji apple salad. My soup was extremely watery, like chicken noodle and not at all like broccoli cheddar. The manager replaced it, but it makes me question what I had eaten initially (I didn’t notice how watery it was until I had eaten the broccoli chunks out). On the plus side, the salad was large and perfectly dressed. The downside was the quality of the other items we ordered, and the copious number of flies in and around the kitchen. Not my favorite Panera experience."

"We've been here a few times. Once we came here to get two pastries for breakfast the next morning. I got the Almond Croissant and mom got a blueberry muffin. The employees were very nice and patient with us. I put it in a baggie when we got back to the hotel room and then did 15 seconds in the microwave the next day and it tasted amazing! On 9/8/2023, we came and got pick two's for four of us. Warning: the flatbread pizza is full-size in the pick 2. All the sandwiches, salads and soups are half size, but not the pizza! So, it costs more and you probably can't eat all of it at once. $11.29 without tax just for the pizza. Or, share it!"

"Very clean place including rest rooms. Food is always great at Panera Bread. Had the new Mac n Cheese Grill Cheese and it was actually good. Had a bowl of French Onion soup and Baguette. Also the frozen mocha drink. My wife had the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Basil soup. All the food was terrific."
