"I Just ordered take out. Sushi was so delicious. Restaurant looked so clean. Staff so friendly. Will definitely go back again. I personally do not like music as loud as was being played. That is the only thing I wish they would change. may stick to take out"

"Had an awesome dinner at Sapporo Sushi in Erie at Nine Mile Corner! We tried four delicious sushi rolls, the teriyaki chicken plate, and two tasty appetizers—everything was spot-on. Even though the place was packed (including to-go orders streaming out the door) and had just opened last week, the service was top-notch. Finally, this Lafayette/Erie corridor is getting some new dining options, and I'm excited this place is open! Can't wait to swing by for lunch next time!"

"Excited to finally have them open. We wanted to go to the opening and it was packed and we forgot to reserve. So this is our first taste with take out and everything was great at a solid price. Colorado has been hit and miss especially with sushi, so far this is a winner! Excited to get more of their menu on the next visit."

"So worth the wait and happy to report I’ve found my local sushi spot. The fish was of high quality, super fresh. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. We sat at the sushi bar and it was a perfect date spot. My favorite was the tuna specialty role with tataki sauce and my date liked the pink lady roll best. Was happy to see that they had uni on the menu for the next special occasion. Decor was modern and clean. They will be seeing us often :)"
