"I love Taco Bell, but the drive thru is never shorter than 15 minutes even without others in line. They also constantly get our order wrong. Last time it had sour cream, this time it had refried beans instead of black beans."

"It’s sad to see how many people take the time out of their day to write such mean reviews for this location. I live nearby and have gone to this Taco Bell more times than I can count. The workers are always friendly and my order has never been wrong. Yes, the wait can be a little long in the drive thru sometimes but cut them some slack, people! They are likely understaffed and working a customer service food job is not easy. They are humans trying their best day to day; they are not robots. Mistakes can happen and if you think it’s ok to go online and get on your high horse writing such nasty reviews…I feel sorry for you. Get a life and move on. If you work there and see this review; you’re doing great and remember to be kind to yourself. People are miserable and like to spread their misery!"

"Takes too long to get food. Like way to long. Spend more time in the drive through than it takes to eat. And they always make orders wrong a lot of the time. I truly think they just don’t care at this location. It’s truly depressing. The person working the window. I forget his name but he’s always so kind especially when things are wrong"
