"If I could give 1/2 stars I would on all 3. I waited the last time there in drive thru for over 45 minutes. Mind you 20.of those were spent at the speaker because they had a new person and there was no one there to help her. I think she was on the phone trying to get from a manager but she never said what the hold up was etc. And after all of it my order completely wrong. Honestly I'm surprised I ended up with food at all. Never will go there again. I'll go out of the way to go to the one on kipling and Belleview. They are fast and always get the orders right. Might be out of the way but at least it's hot, good, right and fast."

"Food was terrible and everything was made wrong. Items such as sour cream and cheese were supposed to be removed and they were on all items. No cheese sauce on the potatoes. Our 3 tacos were wet with when we opened them. We ordered a Baja blast and we got flat Pepsi. Then we were missing items as well. This store is terrible. We always try to give the benefit of the doubt but we are done getting food here. Especially this location."

"Like any other quick service establishment, this one varies in service and quality of food. At this time they’re doing pretty well in both. Because I’m handicapped, I only use the drive-through. There is one individual, Kamisha, who always goes above and beyond and is much appreciated."

"I ordered and prepaid on the app. When I showed up at 8:30am to pick up my order, no one answered at the speaker so I pulled forward to the window. I waited about 10 minutes watching three different employees walk by the window and ignore me. Finally a employee came to the window said they were closed and quickly shut the window without letting me ask for them to cancel. Going to have to go through corporate for a refund. I'll find another location going forward."

"If you like eating at a filthy restaurant, being screamed at and waiting an eternity for this experience then this is the place for you! Every table and the floor was full of trash and dried food. Maybe it was a science experiment in the making. Trying to order at the counter is a joke. No one is where they can even see the register since they have boxed off the end of the counter. I waited a long time and finally got someone's attention by leaning all the way over the counter. I placed my order and waited and waited and waited. Other people waiting to place their orders got fed up and left. Out of desperation I walked to the end of the counter (not behind it) and had to yell down to the guy that I was still waiting and being ignored. He then screeched at me repeatedly that I couldn't stand there!!! Seriously?!! He acted like I should just leave without my already paid for food. When I demanded a refund I got my food. Worst treatment I have ever received. Also the restrooms are locked and once again you can't ask anyone for the code so even paying customers can't use it. Probably just as well......"
