"Been here a few times since it is in our neighborhood. Last time was during Covid and our food was a little overcooked and not great...not surprising since they were understaffed and trying hard to make everyone's orders. This place was packed on a Friday evening at 6:30p but we were able to find a table. We got the Whole School meal, the Salmon basket and the Cajun Swai Po' Boy. The baskets were delicious and not top greasy. The Po'Boy was boring and really had no flavor at all. The hush puppies too were disappointingly dry and boring tho the hot honey was tasty. The fries were great and I polished off the whole basket and my stomach paid for it later (but worth it once in a while). Decent place for fish and chips with friendly staff and pretty quick service."
"If you want Fish and Chips in Lafayette, this is the place. Cod and Walleye were very good, Clams were not very good. Counter service and very simple decor. We'll go back but need to save some money first. Three of us spent $90.00 pretty easily."
"I had the best fried fish sandwich that I can remember. Came back and got some fried shrimp. Not my every day diet but it is sure nice to get the best fried shrimp and fish in Lafayette when I want it. I highly recommend it, and I will be back soon."
"A must try for everyone. I got the lobster roll and the fried shrimp with fries. The shrimp was wonderful. It was juicy, crunchy, hot, and yummy. Fries were hot and fresh as well. I've never had the lobster roll before and I should've asked if it was hot or cold before I ordered. I prefer hot foods and the lobster roll is cold. It was still good but I probably won't order it again only because I like hot foods."
"Awesome place for fish and chips east of the Rockies! Every time I am in California or anywhere coastal, I get fish and chips. Reelfish transported me right back there! I'm so happy to have this place in our backyard. Will definitely be going back to try the different specials and different choices."
