"Jose is absolutely phenomenal! I had a voluntary interlock, and I would recommend it for anyone in the process of getting sober who has problematic drinking/driving habits. Jose always answered my calls right away, and was available either that same day or early the next morning for servicing my device. He is kind, efficient and professional. Jose made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my decision to put a breathalyzer in my car, and honestly it saved my life (or at the very least saved me from getting a DUI).
