"Tell your employees to stop parking in the 10 minute to go spot in front of the store. Watched two of the employees trade out vehicles in the spot as one of them left the store. One was a blue chevy cruze DTG-H37, the other was a black sedan."

"The inside of the store looks nice but the workers don’t talk unless forced and just glare until you’re done. The food was all completely stale and wilted. Not going again."

"Service was great but $7 for a 6” is ridiculous. Also the bar where they store meats and cheese was DISGUSTING and covered in cheese and bits of meat and sauce caked on. The spinach which I normally order was frozen and I decided to go ahead and forgo that. If I’m paying $7 for food I would hope it would be from a clean restaurant."

"This place was very disappointing today. They had four kids working there. I ordered a 6-in sub online to be picked up to go forty minutes before I needed it. I walked in. There were people waiting for their online orders. They had a line. And the girl at the counter apologized, saying they got backed up. The problem is that this isn't acceptable. They needed to make sure at least one worker focused on getting those online orders done at the time they were meant to be done. It just looked like they were ignoring them. I hope I get a refund on my order that I did not have time to wait for, due to it being my lunch hour. I also hope the owner/manager talks to the employees today about how to better manage the orders."

"We drove across town to get sandwiches here from castle rock. I did a to go offer for ham egg and cheese. Made it all the way back home to find egg and cheese only. Wife’s sandwich was sub par as well. Barely any meat. I guess that’s what leaving a tip at a place like this gets you."
