"I placed my order before closing time. They asked me to come at 11 p.m. to collect. When I arrived the supervisor Jemy said my order wasn't ready because they hadn't made it. They could have said that when I placed an order. On top of that, she became rude stating, "You're wasting our time, you can go and order somewhereelse." This was very disappointing and poor customer service. They should have told me when I was on the phone with them. Instead of wasting my time."

I always get a consistently good wing here and the manager Jorge does a great job keeping this place clean. "Ordered 20 piece wings and fries for pick up! The fries were undercooked and required us to heat them up at home. The wings were tasty as expected. The Vodoo Fries were very good but undercooked!"
