"Store looks cleaner, lady serving was super nice and a little silly. The gentleman behind her was equally friendly. Atmosphere seemed like a healthy place to work. They even served me queso and chips during breakfast hours, other qdobas won't."

"The ranking is not based on "Mexican food," but on the Qdoba itself. The food was good, but the chicken had more gristle than I was expecting. The salsas are always yummy, but the beans tasted a little stale. The service was standard, but made great by the smile and service of the manager. The atmosphere was standard, but it was nice and clean even after the lunch rush."

"Came in the other night to get dinner for the family. There were 2 people in line in front of me and it easily took over 20 minutes for their orders to be made. While I was waiting, I watched an employee continually run her gloved hands over the prep services (it looked like she was cleaning without a towel) and then use the same gloves to make food. Right before I got my order taken, I got on my phone and ordered Noodles and Co for everyone but my husband (who really wanted qdoba). I asked the employee if she could change her gloves and she did, but immediately started to the same thing with the new gloves. Another employee came out during this time and filled a soup, his gloves were covered in food and after touching the soup kettle, he also touched the ready to eat food. Walked over to noodles and they had the rest of the food ready and waiting for me. Yeah qdoba was super gross"

"The only reason 1 star was chosen is because you can not simply give a review without selecting one. I was at this location #2090? On the 11th, I ordered my usual tortilla loaded soup in shell with pork I had a reward for a $ 2.00 chips with queso. The total was $14.49. Today the 14th, I came in for the above exact order and paid $ 16.59, by the arrogant piece of work at the register. I questioned him about the amount, that it should be $14.00 something. He told me that all the locations charge different amounts. What an insult, there was a licharged. Did not want to argue with the less than person. Apparently, the less than young man apparently missed customer service training. He simply could not be bothered. He also, spoke to the counter crew very poorly, (disrespectfully actually when they were asking questions about sizes? He smarted off to them and it was not nice.) I will not be returning to this location ever or suggesting it to anyone else. I feel bad for the co-workers, I think they would be embarrassed by the treatment he gives them and the customers. I am sure he will continue to over charge and pocket the money. Unfortunately, prices are up and continue to go up. But this location will no longer receive my hard earned money to be disrespected and over charged."

"Tried this place out for the first time and truly disappointed.. shrimp was probably a few days old or cooked for a few days straight. Like a pencil eraser for sure. Shrimp tacos are a no go. If the shrimp was good they only put three little tiny baby shrimp in there. However the brisket burrito was pretty good but it was freaking cold by the time I sat down.. The worst thing is cost. $18 got 3 tacos and 1 burrito. Forget that noise. I’m not ever going back over there just because of the cost in itself for a cold burrito and over cooked shrimp. Two stars for the burrito zero stars for the tacos and they owe stars because of the cost. Save yourself the time and either go to Chick-fil-A Subway Burger King Freddys Taco Bell Kentucky fried chicken or Arby’s that’s all in the same parking lot."
