"We tried to order 5 items. 2 quesadillas, 2 grilled cheese steak burritos, and an order of chips and queso. The only thing not messed up was the chips. The quesadillas have unmelted cheese and none of the sauce that’s supposed to be on the inside. They gave us a random taco instead of a burrito. When I asked them I was basically told the person couldn’t read English. I am actually in awe at how incompetent this Taco Bell is."
"Bro don't go to this taco bell, they will mess up your order 9/10 times and give you 4 sauce packets for 8 items. I don't even like being that dude that leaves negative reviews but my lord is the whole establishment just a waste of money on your part. Food is made horribly too. Don't go to this taco bell."
"I visited this location around 9pm on a Saturday and used the self-service kiosk to place an order. I ordered 2 soft bean tacos with rice, onions, lettuce, tomato, red sauce, and guacamole. I made sure to request no cheese due to my dairy allergy. I opted not to receive a receipt and provided my email for rewards, assuming the receipt would be emailed or displayed in my rewards account. After waiting for 10 minutes, I took my order out to the car to eat with my parents before our drive back to Denver. Upon opening the first taco, I noticed cheese all over it, despite my specific request. I returned inside the restaurant and asked for a remake. The drive-through attendant became confrontational and asked for my receipt. Although I didn't ask for one, I attempted to access my rewards account to show the order. Unfortunately, I hadn't ordered online or through the app, so there was no record. The attendant responded, "We can't remake this without a receipt, as we can't verify if the mistake was ours or your order was incorrect." This response frustrated me, as I had just placed the order and the restaurant wasn't busy, with only 2-3 other customers present. Unlike a scenario where I had left the premises and returned much later, this was a straightforward situation. I argued that they surely had a record of the order they had recently prepared, prompting the attendant to consult the team member who handled the order. After checking, he informed me that they couldn't find it and suggested the manager would assist. The manager approached and inquired about the situation. I explained my order and reiterated my no-cheese request due to my dairy allergy. The manager assured me he would rectify the mistake. However, he mentioned that they were running low on several ingredients, including guacamole, and asked if avocado ranch would be acceptable. I emphasized my dairy allergy and declined the substitute. After a short wait, the drive-through attendant handed me a bag with a curt "Here." Feeling tired and hungry, I accepted it and Went back to my car. Upon inspection, I found the contents to be disappointingly meager – a tablespoon of beans, rice, and some tomatoes. Rolled up tightly, it might match the diameter of a cigar. The portion was insufficient, likely not even totaling 300 calories. I decided to look up reviews for this location and noticed a recurring pattern of similar experiences. This marked the first time I encountered issues at a Taco Bell franchise. I considered calling corporate but felt it wasn’t worth it. I’ll just avoid this location and advise others to do the same."
