"Terrible experience. Intoxalock is a scam of a company and Car Toys either failed at installing or uninstalling the device. I asked for assistance in filing a claim for reimbursement after my car suffered damage and was told they were "working on it", that was 3 months ago. Oh, and the company still tries to charge my credit card every month despite having already notified the state that the device was removed. If you need an interlock, go to any other company but these guys and save yourself some misery. Seriously."
"I was told it would be $75 a month. Turns out it’s $51 every two weeks. I tried to call about this and the gentleman on the phone would not explain why I was told two different prices. Also it took forever to even be able to talk to an actual customer service representative."
"My roomie form Germany needed an interlock installed due to some prior issues. He can't drive so i took him here. Waited 6 hours and still no interlock because the one they installed was broken, returned next day and had the same issue. Waited 3 hours for them to tell us the new interlock they shipped is also broken. In the mean time he is having to take time off work for this incompetence by intoxalock. This inst cartoys fault i wanna make that clear, but intoxalock is stupid."
