Cobblestone Car Wash

"We were disappointed they removed the floor mat washer, and they are often completely out of towels. We have two cars on the monthly plan. One car will not trigger the arm to let us in, so we have to wait for someone to come out. It's been that way for a couple of years. You'd think they could get it fixed. Anyway, it seems the quality service has diminished, but the price keeps going up. This place is convenient to our home but we do consider looking for a better place. A floor mat washer would probably do the trick."

"This is great car wash! Except for that taller older guy with the brown hair. His customer service is poor and everytime I come I always catch him staring at his female coworkers and female customers in a less than appropriate way. I really hope this company handles the situation properly..I’d uncomfortable working here so I can’t imagine how they feel"

"This is a great car wash. My car gets clean and the price is reasonable. The access to a free vacuum makes it an even better value. Only problem this time was there were no clean towels to wipe my car down."

"I am so please with Cobblestone car wash on Broadway and Ridge! They worked with me when I couldn't get my car into neutral and gave me a free wash - twice - I felt terrible! The kind employee let me know it happens and told me to not feel bad. Once I figured my car out, it came out so clean it sparkled. When I went to the back and used the free vacuum I couldn't believe they had clean towels to clean up any remaining drips. I am so very impressed! Shout out to Lincoln who helped me out as I used Cobblestone for the first time! Thank you thank you!"
