"Steaks were awesome. Slow cooked (smoked) over open fire using hickory for about 1.5 hours to caramelize all the fat. Let rest for 35mins then seared at 1500 degrees to finish them off. Paired with caymus and was the best steak dinner we have had. We cook in steaks competitions so that’s saying something. Due to the price, it’s not something we can do everyday but 2-3 times a year to celebrate is perfect."
