"Called at 6:35 to for a takeout order. Posting this at 6:45 after calling a second time and being told they not taking orders. Savannah told me they close at 7. I was going to order anyway because it doesn't take 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Halfway through my order phone call disconnects. I understand wanting to close on time but i don't think 2 sandwiches would have changed that. You took a job, you know what you signed up for. Terrible customer service, will spread the word"

"I got a giant number 7. And I saw all the freebies I started naming them off and the young lady that was taking my order was new. And the guy behind her with a beanie on started getting rude and said that doesn't go with it it comes with it so therefore my order was messed up on the condiments and it just seemed like he had an attitude with me. I asked him for his name and he asked me why. I said oh I write reviews for places I visit to eat. I said with a $17 sandwich you would expect that if you ask for particular items such as pickles it would be included. I noticed how he acted when I asked if I could get yellow mustard and he goes we do not have yellow mustard those are the packets right there. So customer service at a $17 sandwich. I'm sure some of those coins went to his wage. Not impressed for Durango. Didn't share his name,"
