Wendy's 101 Main Street, Delta, CO 81416

"I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with my biggie bag and it was completely inedible. The chicken was hard as a rock and had to have been cooked 4 hours prior to me showing up. Absolutely disgusting they serve this trash to customers. I will never be eating at a Wendy's again."

"Stopped in last Saturday morning for breakfast on our way camping. We drove through, made our order pulled to the window, paid, and was immediately parked even though there was no one else in the drive, not behind us or even pulling up to order. Our food arrived item, so I went into the restaurant leaving my vehicle right where I had been instructed to park. As soon as I entered the dining room, I hear disparaging remarks about my truck being parked where it was that turned out to come from the "manager." This same individual later identified as Ruban, the store Manger, comes to the counter and asked if he could help. I tried explaining that I was short an item, but he was too distracted by his need to demoralize his staff to listen to the customer in front of him. So I tried explaining again. Once he determined that I couldn't be bullied the way his employees are by him, he turned to the very nice lady I was speaking with when he inturpted and said, "you deal with this guy..." Embarrassed, she stepped up to the counter, apologized for the treatment I received by her boss, and commenced to get my order corrected. Thank you ma'am. I will not be visiting this location again and have logged a complaint with corporate."
