"The sandwiches were lukewarm. One set of fries was actually cold. They were out of stock on a lot of things. The ice maker was actually broke. The staff all seemed to be high, and they all went on a smoke break at the same time, leaving just 2 people to handle the whole operation. It's sad to see how far this place has gone downhill. Even the tables were dirty."
