"My recent visit to Popeyes left me thoroughly impressed with the service and management. Unlike a previous experience with an unpleasant day shift manager, this time, the service and the manager were exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure every customer was well taken care of. The manager, in particular, was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience. The food was delicious as always, but it was the excellent service and management that truly stood out. Popeyes has definitely won me over with their outstanding team."

"I was disappointed to go in today to find out the "new" general manager was no longer there and was replaced. She was always so kind and communicative. I liked going in the late mornings early afternoon. Although they were obviously short staffed the girls (both short with dark hair) were always kind and as fast as they could be, even the gentleman who was cooking would jump up from the kitchen and help as much ad possible. They always had smiles, greeted me and I never had a problem even for a short wait. The food was always hot if not fresh and my orders were pretty spot on, don't get me wrong sometimes they might have missed something but they were always super kind and ready to fix the issue. Today seemed to be complete chaos and the "woman" I believe to the the manager (hopefully not the replacement) seemed exasperated and was quite rude. I wasn't greeted until they were ready to take my order and it once I received my food it was incorrect. Not wanting to upset anyone during this obvious stressful situation I just took my food and left. Unfortunately once I got home I did still attempt to eat my incorrect order and it was greasy and tasted as if it had been sitting in the heat too long. I think I'll be taking a break from Popeyes and hope they get it together."

"Tonight was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant in the past year. No acknowledgement that we were there for the first 5ish minutes. Several other people waiting. Someone came to take our order and explained that they were short handed. That, I can understand. So we sat down to wait. The employees didn't even seem to care that so many people were waiting. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. No attempt to work quickly at all. One employee was simply standing in the back looking lost. Not even the apparent manager on duty seemed to be in any hurry. After waiting 25 minutes for one 12 piece chicken gave up and got a refund. Manager didn't say anything to me, just refunded and walked away."

"Me and my boyfriend went to eat on 10/7/23. The person running drive thru was very rude, very few words he spoke to us. When he handed our card back to us he didn’t say anything, he just sat there and waited for us to grab the card. We got home and both of our nuggets were BLACK! I didn’t even touch my nuggets after seeing what they looked like. Fries were not even warm, even tho we waiting about 8 min for our food. We will never go back to this location. They need to get better attitudes and fresh food. I paid $18.51 for disgusting food!"

"Great sandwich and chicken, This is our third trip here. The chicken sandwich walks on water. Each time it’s crisp, great fried chicken, mayonnaise, pickle, and each time I take great. We wanted some of the fried chicken nuggets but all gone! They are that good! So I tried the fried shrimp. These two were great and the sauce oh my! Spiced up enough hot not to be overwhelming but just right. They to were perfectly fried. We will be back!!!!"
