"I just walked into this location. There were four people, including the manager working behind the counter. No one acknowledged me, and there was only one person working the line. There were 4 orders that one person made as the other customers and I stood there. I have worked in food service for 15 years and I have never seen such an unresponsive team. Only one person was working while one staff member was watching another one finally joined the cash register. He only did this because I began recording. I have attached a picture to show this. It would be one thing if the other staff were doing anything, but they were literally standing their deer in the headlights. I DO want to give major props to Evelyn who was very nice and professional while receiving no assistance. The local Chipotle is a polar opposite of this store and I will not be returning here unless I can get a response. Thank you."

Grand Junction's locations need to make a bigger effort, everywhere else seems to be better. And, the other Mexican chains in town are already better..."
