"Protect the delivery drivers that take care of your mutual customer. They don't need to be harassed because they simply don't want to talk to the public and are technically working for you to deliver an order. Nothing more or less. Missing items all the time. Rude staff and untrustworthy environment outside full of homeless people snooping through cars."

"Ordered breakfast at 10:16, get here before 10:30, sit in line and then confirm at the drive thru at 10:32. Get told okay and come forward. Get asked if I want receipt. Tell them no thank you. Go forward to second window and given just me lemonade at 10:44 because apparently my order autovoided while I was waiting in line. Got offered to order at the pickup window (with a massive line behind me) on the spot. Really would have rathered ordering food from the regular spot in the drive thru then. Not like they didn’t know at that point?"

"Doesn't matter if you dine in, take out, or get delivery this is the worst McDonald's in Grand junction area. Their customer service is horrible and disrespectful. The kids who get hired here get paid to treat customers horribly, and to make simple food sloppy. I'm done giving this McDonald's any of my services or money. Tonight I ordered something because my kids wanted a simple cheeseburger kids meal, and we got a few cheeseburgers ourselves and some fries. Of course my kids fries are frozen cold, we got no fries that we ordered besides the cold ones for our kids, no straws, and no cheese on my kids cheeseburgers, and no sauce for our ten piece. Of course we called to let them know what happened, they said basically not their problem, refused to take ownership, and started cursing at my over the phone and proceeded to not simply care for paying customers. I'm not mad just simply disappointed, I worked here and we were taught in training customers service, and that the customers were always right."

"Not the type to complain but I was not too happy with my experience tonight. I was waiting at the second window for what seemed like forever, looked in and saw the employees play fighting and laughing while my food was sitting on the cart next to the window. I understand having fun, just not when you have a line and people waiting on you."

"Clean and plenty of seating, and the employee was pleasant when bringing us our different food items. However there was no place to fill my water bottle myself which I did not expect -- perhaps this is the norm in fast food places these days. One employee told me water would cost ten cents. Not a lot of vegetarian options but that is probably what people expect going to McDonald's."
