"I received a serious injury (through no fault of my own) by a freight carrier delivering to my residence. After years of being barraged by TV commercials, I decided to contact this firm. In my opinion, I have a winnable case and should recover as a result of the freight carrier negligence and/or strict liability. A few weeks after signing their retainer and providing information and evidence to the Heuser staff, I received a call from them informing me that they didn’t believe they could improve my position and were terminating my contract. I strongly disagree with them. I needed a firm that would aggressively represent and advocate for me. I thought I was making the right choice but was wrong. I didn’t speak to an attorney until the day I was contacted and informed that they were not going to pursue my case, It felt to me as though they were not interested in putting forth the level of effort to get a settlement for me. They get 2 stars because they did do some investigation but apart from that, I am very disappointed with this firm."
