"We came here this past Friday 02/09 and boy what a disappointment! First, no one likes a mexican food place that doesn't give complimentary chips and salsa, and while I know charging for them is the new norm it doesn't make me want to come back. This place is also extremely understaffed. The food though by far is the most offensive thing about this place. I ordered two grilled fish tacos and they were 95% cabbage. The pieces of fish were the smallest I have EVER seen on a taco. Do not waste your money here. If you're looking for affordable, delicious tacos, Fuzzys is right across the street."

"Wouldn’t recommend. The food just doesn’t taste good, the rice and beans had this weird taste that I kept trying to ignore. The fish taco was literally just breading I broke it open seen a tiny piece of fish. The el pastor taco HORRIBLE meat tasted spoiled. Chips and salsa was good but she only bought us more chips not salsa so guess just the chips are a refill. Waste money this is how we left our plates and no one came and asked if there was anything they could do about it. Wish we could honestly get out money back for the nasty food."

"Unexpectedly impressed. After 2 visits, this will easily become a regular stop. The parking situation is a little weird, but the location is prime and the mountain views are amazing. I tried the Caesar salad with blackened chicken, a carnitas taco, and a carne asada taco. The Caesar dressing is made in-house and fantastic. The pulled pork is absolutely to die for. The carne asada is so well seasoned and delicious. Great staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommend!"

"I'll start off with the good things. The atmosphere is really great! Makes you feel like you're by the beach. The service was not bad. The waitress seemed new but that was fine because our food and drinks came out quick. Now the bad, the food was honestly something you microwave at home. The ceviche we got was just chunks of fish and not much else. Real ceviche has chunks of other vegetables too. My bf and friend got tacos which were horrible. My friends barbacoa smelled like that marinade you get in a bag at the grocery store with a side of feet. The shrimp tacos my bf got wasn't deveined so he didn't eat them. I got the kalua pork and it wasn't bad but you get maybe 1/4 cup of the shredded pork but it was deceived by sitting on top of a bed of lettuce. The worse was my drink it tasted like sea water. I literally had to give back my drink. The place definitely looks fun but I wouldn't go back because the food was horrible."

"Loved everything! The people complaining about the food are just... dead wrong! The chips & dips trio was so good! Crispy fresh chips with a tangy and yummy tomatillo salsa, a charred tomato (spicy) salsa and super fresh tasting guac... LOVED! For dinner shared the empañdas with smoked paprika sauce.... SO GOOD. Hubby had the crispy avocado taco that was easily 1/3-1/2 of an avocado. I had carne asda that was a special... with pickled jalapenos, cilantro, onions and a dash of green salsa... to die for! Service was super friendly. Vibe is chill with great music. And the views from the patio... sweet. So glad to have an excellent, non-chain taco place close to home!!"
