"Impossible to reach anybody ! How can you call 2 days in a row and not get an answer back ? A waste of taxpayers money ! Would have gave 0-5 stars if I could !"
"The whole application process took about 15 minutes. The front desk ladies were nice to me, overall great experience"
"Ms. Ryan Dickinson is a capable and exceptional attorney! She fought and won a case where the Brighton police illegally violated my 4th amendment rights. She made a fool outta cop who filed this case against me during the preliminary hearing. The public is lucky that she isn’t in private practice. And I am great full for her service to the community. Thank you for everything you’ve done, Ms. Dickinson! I owe you my life"
"I don’t know why this office never answers the phone or emails. I understand it’s a public service and enthusiasm to work is lacking, but many of us agree that at the very least they should answer phone calls/emails in a timely manner. No matter what time during business hours that I call, I still get the after hours voicemail. Extremely unprofessional. If these employees don’t want to work give the job to someone who will do the bare minimum."
"Back in 2019 out of money and in mental health needs this office with attorney Jennifer Jone denied me basic rights and is still doing the same thing today. I didn't get the right to a speedy trial, didn't get any time with a lawyer, still didn't get a copy of my court discovery when I asked over 3 dozen times, didn't get a Preliminary hearing, and a proper mental health review. I have a severe hearing lost and never would the office get me a listening device so I could hear what the judge Cindy Dang said. This office is ripe for a federal lawsuit."
