"Edit: Tomo Sushi your restaurant is normally 5/5 stars for me and never had any issues previously. Thanks for the reply Tomo Sushi and giving us an explanation of the situation. Moving forward, Please check up on your tables and let customers know sooner if a mistake was made or if food is running behind. We were just left in the dark for more than an hour, and wondering why multiple customers arriving after us were getting their food right away and we didn’t. 4 or more groups ahead of us got served before us. Waited over an hour and come to find out they haven’t even started making our rolls after an hour. We only ordered 3 rolls. Nice that they tried to offer us an appetizer, but to get forgotten about and watching 4 parties to get served after you is terrible. I think it’s more than 4 parties got served and we have been waiting forever and no one even checked on us. That was ridiculous, never have I ever experienced this in Tomo and we go there all the time. Food is good but we didn’t get to eat tonight. We just left after an hour. It was just a broc roll, Cali crunch, and Andy. Watching other people get served right away when you been sitting for a whole hour is just not customer service."

"We had lunch at this restaurant around noon. It wasn't too busy when we arrived, with only a few tables occupied, but it gradually started to get busier. For our appetizer, we ordered steamed Edamame (soybeans in a pod) which were delicious and cooked perfectly. For our main course, we ordered the Tonkatsu bento box. This is a big lunch box that came with miso soup, 6 pieces of California roll, house salad, white rice, and 1 piece of shrimp and veggies tempura. The bento box was very filling. We also ordered 2 sushi rolls: 1. Red Dragon - Inside, it had spicy tuna and eel, and was topped with tuna, avocado, and eel sauce. 2. Kimono - Inside, it had shrimp tempura, tuna, crab stick, and sriracha, and was topped with avocado, tobiko, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. Both rolls were delicious, and the tuna tasted very fresh. The rolls were pretty big pieces, at least for me. Our server, Melissa, was working alone on that day. Despite being very busy, she worked hard, was very friendly, and attentive to our needs. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for great sushi and a big bento box for lunch."

"Great meal! Went on a Sunday for lunch so you have to order from the dinner menu, which is more expensive but also bigger portions! Our party of 7 all ordered Bento boxes and they were great! The sushi was fresh, portions were plentiful! We had not eaten here in a couple of years and it's still great! Highly recommend!"

"Been going here for years. Food is always fresh and delicious. Great sushi options. The miso is very good and their green tea is wonderful. The service was perfect. It was a chilly day and my friend was running late. My friendly server offered me a cup of miso while I waited."
